That ruffle trend, it's still here and this makes me very happy. I have consciously tried not go to ruffle overload and yes even resisted the whole Alexa collection at Marks and Spencer, okay maybe the fact it sold out in about 30 seconds helped this. But when I saw this little number on ASOS I couldn't resist. A white blouse is a total staple piece in any wardrobe and I thought the ruffle detail around the neck was a really lovely way to make this more on trend but also very classic.
I'd be honest and say I wouldn't wear these jeans with it again, I think this highlights why I hardly ever wear a light wash skinny jean, it just ain't good for me.
