If you live in the UK you're either totally fed up of this weather or kind of secretly enjoying the cold mornings and the fact you can still wear that coat you invested in back in September... I mean, it was bloody snowing in London yesterday, I can't see my coats being put into storage anytime soon! But seriously, sun - you should make an appearance soon, right?! I feel stuck in fashion limbo, I don't want to be buying summer clothes (although my Zara wishlist is growing at a scary rate) as I won't be able to wear them yet.... but then I don't want to buy more knitwear and outerwear as surely summer must be on the way?! For now I will stick to the simple pieces which are easy to mix and match and can be layered up or down.

This is the easy comfy fool proof outfit I wore to watch the marathon on Sunday, I'm getting even more into my 'minimal capsule' wardrobe lately and have noticed I am seriously drawn to the black, white, grey, tan and stripe colour palettes. I feel another capsule wardrobe YouTube video coming up. I'm also completely obsessed with trainers and am struggling to wear anything else at the moment.

I've had this coat for ages but love the super oversized fit with the big baggy sleeves making it feel like a giant duvet! The scarf was from H&M (£10 bargain) before Christmas, jeans are the Leigh skinny jeans from Topshop and the trainers at Nike Air Force 1's.

I hope you're having a lovely week so far, only 2 working days until a lovely long bank holiday weekend, yay!!
