I'm all about an easy wardrobe - mix and match pieces, statement bits you can team with basics. Maybe that's the reason I am totally in love with this skirt, It's a complete statement piece so you can throw on your oldest black top (as seen below) and you have an outfit that looks current. And the best news yet, it comes in a tan colour too - can I justify it?! Studs and leather are both big trends for Autumn and this skirt is an absolute bargain at £45 - It's also such great quality it makes you wonder why you'd ever pay double the price for real leather.
I'm embarrassed/proud to say this whole outfit is actually very old, everything apart from the skirt is over a year old, and the boots are quite possibly going on 3 years! Items like leopard print boots come in and out of fashion every year and unless I find a pair that do a different job or are just so much nicer I will never replace what I already have. These boots are also in such good condition there's really no need to get a new pair, although that's not to say I haven't seen so many amazing printed boots on the highstreet this season! The good thing about the change in seasons is digging out your winter wardrobe and falling in love with everything all over again, It's like having a completely new wardrobe... for free!!
