OOTD: Autumn Mornings

Maybe it's just me but I'm kind of getting excited about the idea of Autumn, cosy nights in with films, endless mugs of tea and candles galore (definitely not the dark mornings, however)!! With this change in season comes a whole array of items hitting down in stores adorning my wish list...

A few weeks back I caved and bought my first blouse of the Autumn Winter 15 season. I picked this up from & Other Stories and thought it was the perfect piece to start with, It's good for warmer days which we still get every now and then as the fabric is quite lightweight and can be worn with a simple pair of jeans or even with a denim mini skirt... however it's also good to use as a layering piece as seen in the pictures below. I love the little floral cactus details adding a fun feminine touch and the buttons which go diagonally across the front. The rest of this outfit includes some of my classics, the Topshop flared cropped jeans that have been glued to me since I bought them a few weeks back, my Warehouse wool sleeveless jacket from last year and my ASOS peeptoe boots from last year.

I do find myself staring aimlessly into my wardrobe most mornings at the moment not sure what season I'm dressing for... too cloudy for strappy tops but too warm and wet for knitwear, come on weather make your mind up!

I'm off to Greenman festival on Thursday, my favourite festival of the year based back home in Wales. So far the forecast doesn't look great but fingers crossed. I will definitely be doing a blog post on the weekend when I'm back so keep your eyes peeled :)
