Hampstead is my favourite place to spend my weekends - grabbing a coffee after my weekly park run, getting lost in the books at Waterstones or, of course, dreaming up my wish list in SpaceNK and not to mention it is home to my favourite little Everyman cinema. This weekend on my weekly visit we went for a coffee at a lovely little cafe called Melrose & Morgan then stopped for the obligatory outfit pictures.

I did a sneaky ASOS order on the weekend, as seen in my previous post, which also included this faux leather pinafore style dress. I absolutely love it; although I know it's a total marmite piece. It's from the brand Noisy May and is the first piece I've bought from them. They actually have some really cool bits and all at super reasonable prices. This pinafore dress was £44 and although it's faux leather, I still think this is really good. I tried to dress this down by teaming it with trainers and a leopard knitted jumper. The final piece which I'm pretty darn proud of is this coat that - prepare yourselves - is from.... Primark. I literally could not tell you the last time I bought anything from Primark! However, last weekend, whilst waiting for a table at Flat Iron (best steak on earth), I took a wander to Tottenham Court Road and was feeling ready for a fight with the crowds with my elbows at the ready. Fortunately I forgot that it was about 8pm and therefore remarkably quiet. I bought this coat along with the exact same one in grey because, well when you find that perfect shape you just gotta do it! It was £30....I know!!! I love the shape and the fabric is actually really soft, I've seen so many of these on the highstreet and it's really similar to the one I bought from Zara a few weeks back, but at a fraction of the price. I left feeling very pleased with myself.

If you're off celebrating Bonfire Night later have a lovely evening! I think I'll be heading up to the top of Primrose Hill to watch the night sky light up over London.
