OOTD: Fur Coat & Sunshine

The weather we have seen in the UK the past week is by far my favourite. The mornings are cooler and start foggy but develop into a beautiful summers day. For me this means I can wear a fur coat with a skirt/dress - there's something very easy and cosy about wearing a big thick comfy coat with a feminine outfit on underneath. 

The coat, skirt and top are all from Topshop, the shoes are from River Island; I did a blog post on a few days ago and the bag is from Zara. 

I got the leather skirt (although originally from Topshop) off eBay and I am so happy with it. I know leather skirts and dresses sometimes get a bad reputation as they are often worn badly but I think leather can also look quite classy if worn in the right way. I think this skirt works well with a baggy top to dress it down. I also think it would look really cool with a pair of high top trainers or new balance trainers.
