River Island are really pulling out the big guns with their footwear this season. Nothing from the AW13 clothing range has particularly caught my eye yet but i'll give it time. If you saw my outfit post yesterday I have a pair of tan sandals from Dune which are very similar to these except they have a croc effect heel. These are the perfect shoe for me; statement gold heel, flattering shape and an ideal heel height. I think I may be being slightly unrealistic buying sandals so late in the season but I couldn't resist, i'll just pray for the rain to stay away. I've worn these with a simple jeans and white blazer combo but they could also be teamed with a baggy dress or skirt and tee - be prepared for various out posts featuring these!
