It's no secret the wide leg jeans or flares are a big trend on the high street at the moment. If you've been keeping up to date with the happenings around London Fashion Week you're sure to have seen an array of wide leg trousers wandering the cobbles. Although this is reminiscent of the 1970's I still remember maybe 10 years ago thinking I was the epitome of cool in my Tammy Girl (I think?!) flared jeans with my addidas original trainers. I've always been a fan of the wide leg jean in my opinion they're really flattering especially with a pair of high boots underneath to give you a bit of height.

I recently picked up the Topshop clean cut flared jeans and the Jamie flared jeans but while in Covent Garden the other weekend I couldn't resist a peek in the H&M (renown for having the best 'trend' section on the third floor). It's seriously amazing! And this is where I found my new favourite jeans. As I have quite short and stumpy legs I can only get away with these when I'm wearing heels but I've seen loads of bloggers wearing these with Stan Smith's or flat shoes and they look really cool. I love the slight dip dye effect with the frayed edge I think this adds something a bit different and all you need is a simple black or white top to finish this outfit off.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the link on the website but I'm sure if you pop into your local H&M you can find a pair.

Happy Wednesday! x
