It's Friday, the sun is shining and I'm going home tonight... I don't know what could top that right now!
Anywhoo I've got this shiny new post for you and you want to know the best part? This dress is in the SALE! Pop over to the Zara website and you may be in luck, otherwise i've seen it in a few London Zara's this week so you might find one at your local store. I may have contemplated picking up a second for when my current one gets a bit tired looking, am I the only person who buys more than one of something if you love it that much?! I know it's just a simple stripe dress but it's a really lovely cotton and super lightweight, it's perfect for throwing on when you're popping out for a coffee & newspaper read on a Saturday morning. You don't need to think about it, it's a statement in itself. And to add a little controversy i'm wearing my favourite sandals of all time (sorry not sorry). The marmite of fashion, the Birkenstock. In all honesty whether they're in fashion or not I've always had a pair sitting in my wardrobe. My mum has worn them since I was little, they just remind me of summer holidays so as they're 'on trend' this season I think i'll wear mine every single day...
The bag, again, is my current favourite from Whistles, I can't get enough of it. If you don't fancy lugging around the kitchen sink this is the perfect alternative and adds something a little more glamorous to a very very casual outfit.
