It's no secret that I love a comfy pair of shoes or trainers and sometimes you have to choose comfort over style especially if you have a busy day running around. Today I bring you these beautiful trainers from Nike and in my opinion they give a little style and a whole lot of comfort all in one. They've been doing the rounds and what started as a very european style have now become an everyday look often seen on street style blogs and tumblrs. I remember a few years back thinking 'trainers and jeans, no way' but now I can't get enough.

These are insanely comfortable, mainly because they are running trainers but yes I wear them with jeans and yes I may have worn them with a floral blouse to make myself look a bit more feminine.

Mine have done their fair share of pavement pounding and have walked many many miles therefore I feel I can give you a thorough and accurate review. I can't recommend these enough and I promise once you get them on your feet you'll question how you ever managed without them. Sometimes I think if I didn't have to look a little bit smart at work I may actually wear these everyday... I quite like them if you hadn't already picked up on that. They're really lightweight and have a breathable mesh upper which in my opinion is perfect for the Spring Summer months as they keep you're feet cool (also, wear them in the winter... just put some thicker socks on, of course.) I opted for the black pair as I figured they'd go with most outfits however they do come in a huge array of bright colours and even florals. They're £70 which I know isn't a small amount of money to part with but cost per wear they work out very reasonable, or at least that's how I convinced myself.

I got mine from ASOS, you can get them here!

  1. I love this style! Ive got a black pair but with a bright green sole, which I wear for the gym, and I would like to wear them as part of an outfit, but sometimes I'm worried they would look a bit 'gym-ish' haha
