Are you in the market for something you can snuggle up to on those cold winter nights or something a little more sophisticated? I've chosen my top picks from my 3 favourite online destinations; ASOS, Zara and Topshop. So far this season i've gone for the season must have of the Pink boyfriend coat and a smarter dark green double breasted number from Zara; but I would never put a limit on the number of coats I would buy in a season. Undoubtedly my favourite item of clothing to buy I LOVE how a coat can make an outfit. And oh my there are some beautys on the highstreet this Winter.
1. Rug or coat? This ridiculously cosy coat from ASOS (found here) has got to be the most comfortable looking thing I have seen. On a cold wintery morning I can't imagine anything would feel better than wrapping this ball of warmth around you.
2. Now a coat post wouldn't be complete without a splash of pink & I think i've found a good'un. Found here this little gem from New Look is cheaper than most (unless you've managed to track down that £32 Primark bargain) and is a beautiful feminine dusty pink shade. Easy to wear dressed up or down you can't go wrong here.
3. What's that, you want to feel like you're being bear hugged all day long?! I've got it covered with this amazing cocoon coat from Topshop. At £125 it's a bit of an investment but something like this isn't going to date so you can wear it year after year.
4. Are you looking for a pop of colour to brighten up those gloomy November mornings? This mouth watering lime green coat will jazz up those darker Autumnal shades. Found here.
5. Finally, lets have a monochrome moment with this beautiful number from ASOS. Versatile, flattering, comfortable and sophisticated it can be worn for many different occasions with any style of outfit. Dressed down with baggy jeans and converse with this baggy coat thrown over or dressed up with some skinny jeans and ankle boots. Found here.
