I pride myself on the fact I am not a massive 'bag' girl. I have 2 Mulberry bags one I have had for nearly 5 years the other for nearly 3 both I received as presents. Although they were expensive they are well and truly an investment - they are the main two bags I use day in day out. I also have a leather tote bag from M&S that I have in red and tan which I use when I have a lot more to carry or as a weekend bag. Apart from that I have evening bags (coming out of my ears) but not much else. I couldn't actually tell you the last daytime bag I bought... When I saw this black bag sitting on the highest shelf in Zara I knew, although unreachable this bag was coming home with me. Where there's a will there's a way.

It is literally the perfect bag for me. There are three pockets, the middle pocket is padded and zipped so perfect for my laptop. The two outside pockets have magnetic clasps to keep them closed and also have various little pockets to store the usual phone, cards and a zip pocket which is also padded which I am assuming is the correct size for an iPad. There is also a detachable strap so you can throw it over your shoulder if you need to have your hands free. So all in all a very practical bag for the everyday city girl. Now the only downside is the fact this isn't leather therefore I am unsure as to how long it will last. But at £49.99 you can atleast guarantee a year or so until it starts to look slightly battered - they tell me vintage is in though right ;)

What do you think, would you spend £50 on a bag that wasn't leather?!

  2. I absolutely love this bag! I love all the compartments. I have two Mulberry bags that I use day in day out and I'm not sure if I would swap them for another daily bag.

  6. I love zara and it is a beaut of a bag but if you change bags as often as I do it is quite expensive.

  7. I´ve been lusting after this bag since it came out, unfortunately I´m in Mexico and I don´t think it´s gotten here yet, the good thing is that I get to save money for when it actually does hahah.
