So I thought I would try and get into the habit of creating a mini moodboard at the beginning of each month or whenever I feel there are a few bits around that I really like. This is sort of a 'wishlist' I guess. It is an odd time of the year in the fashion calendar as we seem to have the remainder of the summer stock still around but also an influx of knitwear and autumnal colours (safari trend). Anyway these are a few things that have caught my eye over the last week. All from Topshop and ASOS - sorry if you aren't a fan. It's not that I don't shop everywhere else I just find their websites so handy and easy to use so I am constantly checking out the new in bits & bobs.

I am obsessed with hand jewellery lately - I love the harness rings that are everywhere. These Topshop stud boots I shall definitely be purchasing, they are sophisticated and smart but a bit different at the same time. The pink nail varnish is a lovely summery colour that will match with anything, also nice a feminine. After purchasing my River Island Wedge High Tops I seem to have developed a love for high top trainers, these don't have a platform so they wouldn't suit my stumpy legs but I love them none the less. The denim dress I think is a real statement piece for any wardrobe this Autumn/Winter it can be dressed up or down worn with a simple leather jacket and Chelsea boots or even a pair of converse if you are feeling something a little more casual. I love the Topshop leather jacket with fur detail, it's really hard to find a nice leather jacket these days, this is faux leather so wouldn't last forever but because it has the faux fur it may go 'out of fashion' next season so you may not want to spend lots on it. And finally a little bag from ASOS (okay it's not little it's actually really big) anyway I just thought this was a nice little patterned bag, brighten up an outfit, chuck your books or laptop in there on a day trip or whatever.
